Tim yang melaksanakan audit mutu internal di Prodi Kearsipan, Dr. Maria Kalis dan Dr. Y. Touvan Juni Samodra memberikan banyak masukan demi peningkatan mutu prodi dan persiapan menyongsong akreditasi 2023.
Kegiatan berlangsung sejak pukul 11.00 dan baru selesai sekira pukul 14.00. Kaprodi didampingi tim dosen prodi diantaranya Rasidar, SE, M.Si, Indah Sulisdiani, M.Si dan staf tendik, giat mendukung Sukses AMI Prodi Kearsipan pada Kamis (9/12).

Audit Mutu Internal Program Studi FISIP UNTAN
FISIP merupakan salah satu fakultas di UNTAN yang memiliki komitmen kuat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Komitmen tersebut diwujudkan melalui penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan.
Elemen Penjaminan Mutu
Sistem penjaminan mutu FISIP UNTAN disusun berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (SN Dikti). Sistem tersebut mencakup delapan elemen, yaitu:
- Visi, misi, dan tujuan
- Rencana strategis
- Kebijakan mutu
- Proses pembelajaran
- Sumber daya manusia
- Sarana dan prasarana
- Pengelolaan keuangan
- Penilaian dan umpan balik
Tujuan Audit Mutu Internal
Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam sistem penjaminan mutu FISIP UNTAN.
AMI dilakukan secara berkala oleh Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LP3M) UNTAN. AMI bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas sistem penjaminan mutu yang diterapkan oleh D3 Kearsipan FISIP UNTAN.
Program Studi FISIP UNTAN yang Mengikuti AMI
Pada tahun 2021, LP3M UNTAN telah melakukan AMI terhadap 14 program studi di FISIP UNTAN termasuk prodi kearsipan, yaitu:
- Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Publik (S1 dan S2)
- Program Studi Ilmu Politik (S1 dan S2)
- Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan
- Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi
- Program Studi Ilmu Hubungan Internasional
- Program Studi Sosiologi (S1 dan S2)
- Program Studi Antropologi Sosial
- Program Studi Pembangunan Manusia
- Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran (D3)
- Program Studi Kesekretariatan (D3)
- Program Studi Kearsipan (D3)
Hasil AMI Prodi Kearsipan
Hasil AMI menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, sistem penjaminan mutu D3 Kearsipan FISIP UNTAN sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dibalik sukses AMI Prodi Kearsipan namun, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, antara lain:
- Peningkatan efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran
- Peningkatan koordinasi dan kerja sama antar unit kerja
- Peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi
Rencana Tindak Lanjut Hasil AMI
Berdasarkan hasil AMI, D3 Kearsipan FISIP UNTAN telah menyusun rencana tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Rencana tindak lanjut tersebut mencakup:
- Pengembangan instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran
- Peningkatan koordinasi dan kerja sama antar unit kerja
- Peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi
Komitmen Mutu D3 Kearsipan FISIP UNTAN
D3 Kearsipan FISIP UNTAN berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan.
Berikut adalah beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh D3 Kearsipan FISIP UNTAN dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan:
- Pengembangan kurikulum yang berbasis kompetensi
- Pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif
- Peningkatan kualitas dosen
- Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana
- Peningkatan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat
Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja khususnya bagi arsiparis.
